|Recommended: YesMaintenance Property manager — I love living here because when I have made a service request for my apartment maintenance takes care of it right away, not like other apartments. The property manager is so organized with the maintenance crew and he actually does his walks around the property making sure all grounds are clean and that means a lot to me because other property managers let their properties fall apart because they will just sit all day in their office and this one does not sit around.
The only complaint I will have will be some neighbors arguing and fighting inside their apartment day night.

|Recommended: NoI’ve had many problems some are still unresolved. — It’s ok for what it is I mean I got a roof over my head but things don’t get done pool has not been open for summers and since the new property management took over it’s been like shit

Our pool has been closed unfortunately due to the COVID 19 global pandemic but we are on track to be opening real soon, please await the soon to come invitation for you and all our tenants to safely enjoy it for the season.
