I thought i was going to have a hard time because im a first time renter and I did not They helped me every step of the way and didn't mind all the questions i had along the way lol. They also got me in really fast. You can barley hear the kids outside playing unless they are like on your patio or something. Nice and clean and any maintenance gets the job done a timely fashion. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone in need of a home.

The place is always dirty, not because of the grounds crew, they do an amazing job , its the tenants. Very few tenants have any respect for the property and it shows with their actions and how their children treat this place as well.

response from property -Good day Ms. Rivers, Thank you for taking the time to review our property, I assure you we are taking the necessary steps to make sure our gate stays in working condition, however some of our residents can be a little impatient causing damage to the gate which we then have to schedule for repairs as this is something we don't service in house. I will make sure to let all our tenants know when the new FOBS will be distributed so we can hopefully keep it in working condition permanently. submitted by Kelli T. - |Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — I like Ridge Falls. I really like the location and the staff is friendly. It's affordable and has the amenities I need. I just wish the one bedrooms were larger, and the washer dryers were larger and that the option of all laminate flooring was more available and accessible and without paying more rent for it. They also keep the complex pretty well picked-up and landscaped. The neighbors are friendly too. All in all, I would give a three and a half out of five stars I would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a quiet, non-suburban area with decent shopping around.
